KitCMC I ordered from BJ's Dahlias. First, Jim Lamson sent me an email alerting me to upcoming shipping, and wanted to make sure the timing was right for me. How thoughtful! When the tubers arrived in early March they were the cleanest, blemish free tubers I've ever seen. They have all sprouted. I would not hesitate to order again from BJ's Dahlias.
The other first time order was from Eden Nurseries. I know, the dreaded import nursery. I only ordered 2 clumps each of Molly Raven and Apricot Desire. Molly Raven sprouted like crazy and has given me 6-8 cuttings, in process, and yesterday I divided the two clumps and potted up 5 one gallon clumps with very nice foliage growth. Apricot Desire had healthy clumps, however it seems to be a little more reserved with sprouts. I potted up two very nice clumps with good healthy sprouts. I would order again from Eden, but follow precautions to look for disease.
