Oh wow! THat is fantastic to know! I doubt they would bloom at the same time but still, some early spring interest woould be great! I also have lily of the valley to plant out there and will look for other shade garden plants , and early spring bulbs. We have a LOT of squirrel activity because there is a row of pine trees down the neighboring drive that the squirrels love, then more evergreens that will shade my blue hydrangeas. I would love to get the mountain wild flowers of my childhood growing there also...Bleeding heart, wild yellow violets, etc.And the hydrangea garden becomes the azalea and rhododendron garden on down the creek. I mean, I have 2 acres. Who needs two acres of grass if they don't have sheep, cows, goats or horses?🙃
