Please oh please... all you Peony, hellebore, and other flower growers... would you please ID your photos of these mouth-wateringly delicious temptations with each cultivar's name? *what fun it is to search for some of these rarities! I see so many things here that I love! EDITED: thank you Darce for going back in and putting the names to your gorgeous peonies!
My iris reticulata are blooming! did not have camera and one has to literally get face down in the dirt to get a good shot! They were supposed to be that bright elusive blue but instead came a dk blue-violet.
I'm terrible about taking pictures, but I love green flowers and two of my favorite hellebores are helleborus foetidus (nice very dk lacy leaves and likes a bit more shade but still pretty sun-tolerant) and the corsican hellebore, which gets to giant proportions - 3 to 4 feet tall and wide in my garden and flops, due to not enough sun.
