Cosey I hope the tubers survive storage and I can grow several plants next year! I had at least 3 nice seedlings from the Wyn's NEW PAstel seeds.It makes me want to try out seeds from other Wyn's dahlias. I knowCory works hard to get them big. Now I want to turn them around and shrink them down to cutting size :-)

MIDahlias He told me he was going to start til around 6PM PCT. It wasn't firm though, so I must confess I am still checking periodically.

MIDahlias Yeah I was hoping it would be like last year and he'd start super early and roll them one by one so I could catch stuff before the masses realized there were things available. I think I placed 7 or 8 orders that morning. I have my eye on 4 things I'm hoping to get today!

MIDahlias Creekside went...meh....
They didn't have the one I really really wanted this year (AC Twisp), then I decided to try for two at the same time, but lost one during checkout, and decided the $16 shipping wasn't worth it for the one remaining that they had. I'd pay $31 for a tuber high up on the list, but not for that one.

Anyone know what's going on with the Bloominghills Farm sale that was supposed to start today at 1pm?

dahlia1972 yes, they're rebranding and not opening for another week. There's a whole long story as to why, but they announced yesterday that everything will be delayed a week.

Lobaugh's open and sold out of what I wanted.
Unless they are just not all the way open yet. Sigh...tuber shopping has been competitive for a few years, but now there are soooooo many vendors to track. I give up. Ugh. I don't "need" anything new in my collection. My wholesaler wishes I grew less varieties anyway (and more of each one).

Honnat I wish I could less varieties and more of each one too. Last year I said I would downsize and grow 4 of each... but it didn't happen. I can try again next year.
