KristinS Teddahlia I like this one a lot more than Chilson's Pride! I love how well the tubers store for Chilson's Pride though! Hopefully it is a great tuber maker for you too. Beautiful!
Krista Teddahlia!!! This is my number one favorite from yesterday! And it was deep in the seedling patch - I took a photo of it from as close as I could but it was still a couple rows away and not great quality. I’m so glad to see your close up, it just glowed!
SteveM Nice color, it looks similar to HH Tiger Rose's color. Are those outer florets fused except for the ends? Interesting form!
SteveM Teddahlia Berry Purple is a normal 4 feet tall and a productive cut flower My HH Berry Purples were 5+ feet grown in full sun and 7+ feet when grown under 30-40% shade cloth. It was the tallest variety I grew last year. The growth habit was very good (upright) so did not require extra staking.
Teddahlia First year seedling: Cell phone picture and it deserves a real camera to show all those spots and dots. I really like this one and had not seen it until just before the tour when someone we know was deadheading the seedlings. It was only partially open the day before the tour. I was very tired after the tour but pulled out enough energy to take some pictures of it fully ripe and finding out that that it is a seedling of HH Peachy Keen making it a 7th generation seedling. It is nice to have a really nice one be seen by so many people. It is a big flower at over 7 inches in diameter. Pink background with dark red spots is a rare color combination. And lastly, the seedling is almost 6 feet tall and still growing!

Teddahlia We grew a Hollyhill PDX Sunset in a pot with HH Regal. They do not pair well in a pot as PDX is a giant horse. DX is one of the easiest large dahlias to grow and makes good tubers.
Teddahlia Margaret used this pink cactus second year seedling in her Hogarth curve entry at the National show. It is a prolific bloomer and has excellent flowers with no disbudding and even better if you disbud.
