Advance apology, Iām not much of a photog - but here are my four little primroses getting acquainted with my four little hellebores who seem like theyāre beginning to wrap up for the season. I think hellebores are astoundingly pretty, and I am always so desperately ready for something to come to life when they begin to show off. Iāve never cut blooms for bouquets before but Iād sure love to see them more often than when Iāve made a concerted effort to stand in the freezing, early, springtime rain to visit them. Are hellebores ācut and come againā? Regardless, I should be bringing blooms indoors for more enjoyment.
(The fence is new and belongs to the three brand new condos that tower over our backyard now. While in construction, we received lots of āgiftsā during the project, some being random sprays and piles of gravel, one of which can be seen here.)
