Krista I think I saw a schedule of activities on the PDS site of information about the show. It looked much like the schedule of the first one I attended in Portland and that was chock full of activity choices! THere were fun tours every day as I recall..I remember going to the Oregon Gardens, Swan Island, tours to several Members gardens, an organic winery where we had lunch, and of course," the Ice Cream on the Cake" , a tour of Hollyhill Gardens! I think there are usually lectures to attend also about all kinds of dahlia related subjects. then there are the casual conversations with people attending from all over the country and indeed, the world! I still talk on facebook to one of the older ladies I met touring the Verrone's Garden... And I would be delighted to have your company if you are looking for people to hang out with. I have invited my old friend/garden partner to join me but we are both always interested in talking to more people and sharing experiences. Not sure if she will be able to attend yet..she's got back surgery coming later this summer.
