I'm having problems with the shipping options on this new site; every year I had to chase folks down who 'forgot' to pay shipping since I offered to combine orders and had folks add the one-time shipping item into their cart. Now, the platform is having issues allowing folks to select the correct payment option at the very end... that's why I put the 'zero product' shipping charge in with the product items. Ooh, la la, the excitement of selling.
I'm also starting to understand why Teresa of Cowlitz had a very strongly worded, 'If you buy more than the stated limit, your whole order will be cancelled.' I tried cancelling one out of two tubers from a guy's order who overextended my restriction, and it refunded the whole thing! What a pain.
