I grow flowers so that I can pick a bouquet at a moment's notice. My 9b climate readily grows Alstroemeria and annual statice, both of which are great bouquet flowers. I've been staring at a 6' by 6' "beast" of a Dahlia (23049) that overwintered without division. It's planted in a super nice place, a raised bed vegetable garden, and I decided to pick some today.
