Listen to others that have seen your flower. I had a positive comment from a breeder on this one and it still did not sink in. Part of the learning process is identifying good flowers.
I was asked to cruise an enthusiastic but but not very experienced grower and identified about 5 excellent seedlings that he had overlooked. They were big ones too A or AA sized. I dissed several he had liked. It took me well over an hour to this plus an hour of driving. And the results? Yes, the five flowers were all introduced and have won best in show awards. Oops, that is a big lie. When asked, he said he said he had some health problems and could not dig the seedlings and lost all five. Since he died a year later I will assume he was telling the truth.
