Important step today in the future of my garden insect eaters! We gave away the two older ducks that were left from the last flock to a young family just starting out who had only 1 male duck but they have a big pond,So as soon as the duck shelter is cleaned out it will be ready for the babies to move into. THey are almost all feathered up and done with the night heat lamp. This will likely be a good time for them to move to the "Big Duck House" and vacate the garage. I will hold off on introducing them to the garden euntil the dahlias are all planted and up a bt. It is always a great day when the stinky little things can move into their own airy quarters and leave the garage to family activities!
